STEP 1
Sign Up - Registration Information
Click New Registration. You will be taken to the Registration Information page where you must provide personal details: Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Mobile Numbers, Email ID, Punjab or All India Quota, Rural or Urban residence, and your reservation Category. Enter the captcha code and click Proceed.
STEP 2
Preview & Undertaking
Review all details carefully on the Preview page. Click Back to Edit if any correction is needed. Once satisfied, agree to the following undertakings and click Register to lock the information permanently:
- The information provided is correct/true. Incorrect information will lead to cancellation of admission.
- Punjab or All India Quota and Reservation Category are correct and final.
- Consent to receive Admission/Counselling information via Email and SMS.
- I agree to lock this information permanently - it cannot be changed once submitted.
STEP 3
Candidate ID & Registration Fee Payment
After successful registration your Candidate ID (CID) and Password will be displayed and sent via SMS. Pay the one-time non-refundable fee through SBI e-Collect (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking) or at any SBI Branch. Note the SBCollect Reference Number from your e-Receipt.
STEP 4
Fee Details
Login to the portal and save the Reference Number under Payment Details in your Dashboard - payment reconciliation takes up to 2 working days.
STEP 5
Address Details
Fill in your complete residential address and other details.
STEP 6
Upload Photo & Signature
Upload a recent passport-size photograph and your signature as per the specifications mentioned. Both are mandatory for all candidates.
STEP 7
Qualification Details (Matric / Graduation / Post-Graduation)
Enter Matric, Graduation and Post-Graduation (if applicable) details with subjects, marks and percentage. Select your Bachelor's Degree from the dropdown. Candidates must have passed graduation at the time of submission. Result Late (RL) / Re-evaluation / Compartment cases may be considered for second counselling subject to seat availability.
STEP 8
Test Center Preference
You may choose at most 3 test centers in order of preference. Best effort will be made to assign the preferred center, however, it is not guaranteed.
STEP 9
Application form lock and print
Changes in the application form will be premitted only upto July 20, 2026. Thereafter the information will be automatically locked. You can take the print out of the application form anytime.
